my sea view double room was super clean and well-decorated. i really liked how warm the room was. the manager was a lovely, friendly lady. she does an excellent job cleaning!!!

convenient location accessible parking room amenities
The location is amazing. It allows convenient walks into the centre. the parking area is right outside. our room had everything we needed. i found having parking so accessible helpful. It removed a lot of stress.
the bathroom door didn't close properly, and this affected privacy.

fantastic sea front experience
helpful staff hotel location
i found the staff took great pride in the hotel. this cascaded down to everyone and they were helpful. the hotel's location is on the sea front and a short walk from attractions. parking was also good.
My room was at the end of a smoking corridor and it smelled like cigarette smoke. the bathroom door did not close properly. This meant little privacy for toilet use, and no curtains made it difficult to sleep well.

The double room sea view had everything i needed. the bed was clean. It was also very comfortable! toiletries and tea and coffees were nice little extras.

Breakfast had a good choice of options. It was all tasty. i appreciated the thick bacon, beans, and tomatoes. The bar was well stocked! the staff happily got what you asked for.

Parking was located right next to the hotel. rooms allowed smoking and vaping, good. the hotel's location is amazing. Walking into the centre only takes around 10 minutes.

faulty door lack of curtains
the staff members i encountered were pleasant enough .
i found the room rather disappointing. the bathroom door did not shut correctly, affecting privacy. also, a lack of curtains meant i struggled to get a decent night's sleep.

I chose a smoking room specifically because I vape. It was very clean. The room felt light and very cosy to return to after touring. The hotel bar is relaxing. Cordelia is a very friendly hostess.
The steps to the front door had a large plant pot full of cigarette butts. It was not very nice.
